Description

The BCS 630WSBF will effortlessly cut vegetation on steep slopes up to a 40° gradient, remaining stable and safe under the direct control of the operator.

The Honda GX390 Banks engine has been specifically designed by Honda to work on steep slopes and features a fuel pump, a modified carburettor, and patented oil control device. The machine's low centre of gravity combined with wide 8.00 x 10 lug wheels help to provide the necessary stability and traction when working on sloping terrain.

The flail mower is ideal for use in heavily overgrown areas where other mowers simply can't cope, easily tackling the worst possible cutting conditions.

The 85cm flail features 36 heavy duty free-swinging blades which are fitted to a horizontal roller and arranged in a staggered, or overlapping, layout to provide coverage. It works at a high cutting speed so the blades rotate fast to cut, mulch, and leave a fantastic finish.

3 Forward & 3 Reverse Speeds

The BCS 630WS is designed to be used with the handlebars positioned over the engine. The machine features multiple working speeds allowing the operator to efficiently navigate different conditions and applications.

Honda Banks Engine

The BCS 630WS is powered the Honda banks engine. Specifically for use on steep slopes this engine features a special one-way valve to guarantee optimal lubrication on slopes, a membrane fuel pump to ensure an optimal fuel flow, and a maximum fuel level indicator and inner-vent carburettor to avoid overfilling and to guarantee safe operation under all conditions.

Gears

One of the main reasons that the BCS 630WS uses the all gear drive system is that it efficiently transfers the power from the engine to the wheels and power take off. Fully hardened, the gears are extremely durable and last for many years.

Strong PTO Drive

The BCS power units use a 3 pin claw system to transfer the power from the engine to the working implement. This system is extremely strong and ensures that the power unit has an extremely long lifetime
