Suitable for the BCS 738 upwards, this reversible plough is a specialised attachment designed for tilling and turning the soil, preparing it for further processing or direct sowing.
By turning the soil, weeds and remnants of previous crops are buried, accelerating their decomposition.
This reversible plough features two mouldboards stacked vertically on the same rudder, operating alternately—when one is engaged, the other is lifted above the ground.
This design ensures that soil is consistently turned in the same direction during both forward and return passes. This is particularly important on sloping areas as the operator can work in just a single furrow. To change the turning direction, simply rotate the plough 180° at the end of the row.
This plough relies on the traction of the power unit to pull it through the ground and therefore the optional spade lug wheels can be very beneficial for providing additional traction. Wheel weights are also available as an option.
The Reversible Plough fits to the power unit with a Tool Bar and Tool Carrier which can be fitted with multiple implements in this range.
