The Role

This is a dual-focus role designed for a high-performing individual who can both drive sales and manage the administrative lifecycle of an order. You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into sales for our CAMON, BCS, and Bluebird ranges, while ensuring all back-end CRM and order processing tasks are completed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

• Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the Pipedrive CRM pipeline, ensuring every lead is contacted promptly and moved through the sales stages.
• Proactive Follow-up: Reach out to "warm" leads and previous customers to identify new equipment needs or attachment upgrades.
• Dealer Liaison: Support our national dealer network with product information, stock availability, and trade pricing.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice to retail and professional customers, matching the right machine to their specific landscaping or gardening requirements.

Sales Administration

• Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage sales orders, ensuring all specifications and delivery requirements are captured.
• Quotation Management: Create and send professional quotes and pro-forma invoices; follow up on these systematically.
• Database Hygiene: Maintain "clean" data within Pipedrive, ensuring customer contact details and interaction histories are up to date.

Skills & Experience

• Sales Ability: Proven experience in a sales environment, ideally within the machinery, hire, or trade sectors. You must be comfortable "closing" a sale.
• Pipedrive Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM software is highly desirable, specifically regarding deal tracking and activity management.
• Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the paperwork and "trail" behind a high-value sale.
• Technical Interest: A willingness to learn the mechanical features of our range (BCS Two-Wheel Tractors, CAMON Scarifiers, etc.) to provide credible advice.
• Communication: A clear, confident, and professional communicator on the phone and via email.

Job Specification: Machinist & Metal Fabricator

Reporting To: Production Manager / Workshop Manager

The Role

Tracmaster is seeking a skilled Machinist / Fabricator to join our production team. You will play a vital role in the manufacturing of our world-renowned CAMON garden  machinery. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of precision, as you will be responsible for taking raw or laser-cut components and preparing them for assembly through expert folding and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Press Brake Operation: Setting up and operating CNC press brakes to fold and form sheet metal components to precise specifications.
• Laser Cutter Operations: Setting up and  operating the laser cutter, ensuring material efficiency and quality of cut.
• General Fabrication: Carrying out essential fabrication tasks, including deburring, drilling, and basic welding (if applicable) to ensure parts are "assembly-ready."
• Technical Reading: Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components for accuracy and ensuring any defects are identified and rectified early in the process.
• Maintenance: Performing basic daily maintenance on machinery to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

• Fabrication Background: Proven experience working in a metal fabrication or precision engineering environment.
• Machine Operation: Hands-on experience with Press Brakes (setting and operating) is highly desired.
• Laser Experience: Ideally, experience with Laser Cutting machinery (Fiber).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using standard workshop measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.).

The Role

We are seeking a MIG Welder within our manufacturing department to join our team of welders. This is primarily a welding position but there may be a requirement to undertake assembly work from time to time, as well as other duties that fall with the job scope, as requested.

Technical Execution & Tooling

• Expert Welding: Perform high-standard MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and other materials for machine frames, rotors, and heavy-duty components.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Work from complex engineering drawings to ensure all fabrications meet exact tolerances.

Required Experience & Skills

• Expertise: Experience in both MIG and TIG welding within a high-standard manufacturing environment.
