Social Media Promotion - Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Tracmaster Ltd whose Instagram handle is @camonmachines.

The “Promotion” refers to the social media campaign launched on 24 October 2024 offering a free CAMON-branded beanie hat or baseball cap.

The "Giveaway" refers to either a CAMON-branded beanie hat or a CAMON-branded baseball cap.

“Participant” refers to those taking part in this Promotion.

This is a promoted marketing campaign via a giveaway to promote the CAMON brand in the UK. By participating in this promotion, by liking and sharing the posts which state ‘Giveway’, and following the Instagram account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promotion is running until 23:59 hours on 31 December 2024, or while stocks last, whichever comes sooner.

The Promoter’s giveaway is entry via Instagram only. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK.

No purchase necessary. Winners are not required to pay to enter the Promotion.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the Promotion.

Only one entry per person per Promotion will be accepted.

Each Participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by following the CAMON Machines account and liking and sharing the Instagram Giveaway post.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Giveaway in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Giveaway for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a Participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the Participant and The Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Giveaways are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

This Promotion will only continue while stocks last. Where a Giveaway becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to end the Promotion immediately.

Participants must provide their name, address, email address and phone number to The Promoter if requested to enable fulfilment of the Giveaway. Once received, the Giveaway will be sent to the participant.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Participant’s name and social media username may be posted on social media and other press materials profiles of The Promoter during and after the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, you expressly consent to the use of your personal data in this way. As a Participant, you can opt out at the time you are notified by replying to that message. Any personal data relating to the Participant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s prior consent.
