BCS Stock Issues

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing delays to our deliveries for machines and spare parts from BCS Group. 

BCS have been going through a change of ownership recently, which has resulted in production delays at their end. We are hopeful that this process is in the course of being resolved, but at this stage we are still waiting for confirmation from BCS.

The current situation is that whilst we are receiving some deliveries; we are receiving very little information in advance as to what is being sent. This means we are unable to commit to any delivery dates at this moment.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. We know how frustrating it is to be without machines and parts you're relying on, and we want to assure you that your order has not been forgotten — we are chasing BCS regularly and will be in touch with a delivery date as soon as one is provided to us.

In the meantime, if there is anything we can do to help — including looking at alternative parts where possible — please don't hesitate to get in touch.
