Please note: There are multiple variations of most cartridges so please ensure you select the right option for your machine.

  • LS14B1 cartridges are suitable for machines from 2020 onwards.
  • LS42A1 cartridges are for models up to 2020.
  • LS42B1 cartridges are for models from 2020 to late 2025.
  • LS42C1 cartridges are for models from late 2025.
  • LS52A1 cartridges are for models up to late 2025.
  • LS52B1 cartridges are for models from late 2025.

    Description

    With extra-tough blades manufactured from 3mm-thick, Swedish Hardox® steel, the 'Stay Sharp' cartridge is suitable for scarifying jobs too demanding for the other cartridges.

    These blades are the thickest and strongest we supply. They are free-swinging and made from 3mm thick Hardox® with a pointed tip so they will tackle the toughest conditions and keep sharp for longer. The blades are mounted on 3 rods separated with spacers and each rod layout is alternating to provide maximum coverage.

    About the 'Stay Sharp' Blades

    The 3mm thick blades are mounted on 3 rods separated with spacers. Each rod layout is alternating to provide maximum coverage.

    'Stay Sharp' Blade Cartridge

    The cartridge is supplied with bearings, bearing carriers and pulleys to make the job of changing from one to another as quick as possible.
