About Free Swinging Blades
The blades are each 1.6mm thick and are of a "waisted" design. This means that they keep their edge for longer. The blades are mounted on 3 rods - 10 on each - and separated with spacers and springs. Each rod layout is alternating to provide maximum coverage. The cartridge can be rotated when the blades begin to lose their edge so effectively provides double the lifespan.

The cartridge is supplied with bearings, bearing carriers and pulleys to make the job of changing from one to another as quick as possible.
