For lawns where slitting is required, the fixed blade cartridge is the answer. Mounted with heavy-duty 2mm thick, fixed blades, the lawn slitter will perform deep scarification.

Please note: There are multiple variations of most cartridges so please ensure you select the right option for your machine.

LS14B1 cartridges are suitable for machines from 2020 onwards.
LS42A1 cartridges are for models up to 2020.
LS42B1 cartridges are for models from 2020 to late 2025.
LS42C1 cartridges are for models from late 2025.
LS52A1 cartridges are for models up to late 2025.
LS52B1 cartridges are for models from late 2025.

Description

The robust, 2mm-thick blades on this cartridge perform deep-level scarifying, so it’s a great choice for lawns in particularly bad condition.

This cartridge had a new design for 2024 - the blades now have a series of additional holes, and feature an additional three rods to hold them in place. This ensures that there is no movement of the blades and they remain perfectly fixed.

The blades are fashioned from hardened steel.

About The Fixed Blades

The blades are mounted on a central rod with three rods securing the blades in their fixed position. The blades are fitted on the rotor in an alternating layout to help provide maximum coverage. The blades are spaced evenly with 26mm wide spacers.
