ARTIO BC65 Lawn Scarifier
The BC65 is a powerful tool, designed to remove thatch and moss from every type of lawn.
48 Free swinging, sprung steel blades are not only extremely effective but also durable and reversible.
This is a must have attachment for two wheel tractor owners who need to keep a lawn in first class condition.
Please note: This is the implement only.
DESCRIPTION
This attachment easily removes thatch to encourage grass to grow thicker and healthier. It also helps grass receive better access to water and oxygen which aides in deeper root growth. With a working width of 65cm (25"), the front-mounted BC65 Lawn Scarifier is equipped with 48 free-swinging blades on three vertically rotating rods.
The blades are a "waisted" or "fish tail" shape for unbeatable performance and blade longevity, and are offset from each rod to encourage maximum coverage with each pass. The blades are also reversible to provide double the working life.
The unit has a front full-width roller to provide even scarifying and which is also used to easily adjust the blade depth. A swivel joint near the PTO connection has a "floating" feature which allows the lawn scarifier to follow the contours of the ground.
Other blade assemblies available include a fixed blade option for deeper scarification, and a spring rake option for lighter scarifying. The unique rotor design also enables the blade assemblies to be changed in minutes and without dismantling the drive system.
