Tracmaster offers GreenThumb franchises an exclusive range of Service Options to ensure that your machines are kept in excellent working order.

Broadly speaking, there are two main service routes to consider, the Pay As You Go (PAYG) option or the Monthly Payment Scheme (MPS).

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Service Options

The PAYG option is as you would expect. In the table below you can see the different level of service we can provide and the price each option will cost. Simply choose the option you would like us to carry out and fill out the online form to complete the booking.

Monthly Payment Scheme (MPS)

The Monthly Payment Scheme is available exclusively to GreenThumb franchises and allows you to contribute a regular monthly amount towards the ongoing servicing of your machine. The key feature of the MPS is that the cost of the service is reduced compared to the PAYG Service Options, and it is reduced even further if you sign up more than one machine.

The MPS will cover everything within the PAYG Service Options, with the exception of Option 4 - Engine Transfer, which would incur an additional charge.

To sign-up for MPS, please contact us and we will forward you the relevant details to complete. We will then contact you to confirm the details and set up your payment schedule.

We would strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions for our servicing which are outlined HERE as there are certain key elements that we would like you to be aware of.

For example, the service work does not cover the replacement of parts that are missing from machines that come back to us, and a cleaning charge will be applied if machines are returned to us covered in grass or debris.
