BCS Power Scythes are versatile and powerful machines that can be used for a wide variety of different applications fom taming dense vegetation to creating beautiful wildflower meadows.
Typical applications include cutting long grass, brambles, bracken, gorse, wildflowers, reeds, thistles, nettles, weeds and saplings, in meadows, woodlands, reedbeds, orchards, paddocks, pathways, conservation sites and many other locations.
User Friendly
BCS Power Scythes are simple to manoeuvre and straightforward to operate, even in confined areas. The driven wheels and powerful cutting teeth mean that you let the scythe do the work for you. Key to their success is their ability to cut vegetation of any height up to 1" diameter.
Good for Wildlife
BCS Power Scythes are excellent for managing conservation areas as they cause the least devastation to flowers, animals and insects, because they cut cleanly, allowing seeds to propagate and animal life to be unharmed.
More Than Just a Scythe
BCS Power Scythes also have the ability to turn themselves into multi-purpose machines, capable of operating other implements such as brushes, flail mowers, chipper-shredders and even snow clearing implements.

Recommended for cutting areas up to one acre, the 615 Power Scythe is compact, lightweight and very easy to use. |

The two speeds of the 615L allow the machine to cut areas up to 2-3 acres. The 615L can also operate a brush and a snow blower. |

The 615SL is a powerful machine easily tackling 3-5 acres. It can be fitted with a 135cm cutter bar and has a locking differential. |

|
Featuring steering brakes and a locking differential the 630 is ideal for areas over 5 acres. It can also operate many other implements. |
